It can be used in security surveillance systems, ip cameras, car digital video recorders, sport cameras and video telephone conference systems. It can also be widely used under the industrial environmental systems with relatively challenging lighting conditions. The SC5235 comes with many advantages, including high sensitivity, a high signal-to-noise ratio and low power consumption, which provide guaranteed performance for imaging quality. The SC5235 can adapt to the temperature range from minus 30 degrees Celsius ~ 85 degrees Celsius to ensure long-term stability under various application environments. SmartSens Technology is also launching the NIR enhanced edition-SC5238. It extends the performance advantage of SC5235 based on the optimization of integrated circuit technology resulting from a breakthrough in NIR technology; as a result, the quantum efficiency in the range of 850nm-940nm has been improved, which has effectively improved the camera&#x27;s sensitivity under low-light conditions. Even under a condition with relatively low light and in the evening, an image can be captured clearly.The new product with the NIR features can reduce demand on LED auxiliary light, and as a result, the effective total system power consumption can be lowered.Moreover, SC5238 can run at a speed of 30 frames per second, keeping the image smooth and stable. It also supports the image format at 4MP 50 frames per second for 16:9 video and makes the effects of a high dynamic range more obvious.
