SmartSens Introduces the Industry’s First 200MP Ultra-High Dynamic Range CMOS Image Sensor Powered by LOFIC Technology for Smartphone Cameras

SmartSens today announced the 2/3-inch, 3MP SC350HGS, 1-inch, 6MP SC650HGS and 1.1-inch, 9MP SC950HGS—three monochrome CMOS image sensors with SmartGS®-2 technology targeting at industrial machine vision applications. <div class="media-wrap image-wrap"><img class="media-wrap image-wrap" src="https://smartsens.oss-cn-beijing.aliyuncs.com/web/img/1632463979775758856.png"/></div>Each SmartGS®-2 technology sensor uses a BSI pixel structure which provides improved sensitivity and image quality as well as a global shutter function, which enables the capturing of fast-moving objects without distortion. Compared to the previous generation technology, every product in this lineup offers a double shutter speed and extends the dynamic range by 8dB. Besides, the SC350HGS with a 4.2µm pixel size allows industrial customers to shoot at 75fps in 1:1 imager mode. Furthermore, all three sensors achieve 90% QE at 520nm.
