Built on SmartSens’ SmartClarity^®-XL Pro technology platform, SC570XS is manufactured using an advanced 22nm Stack process and integrates multiple patented technologies, including Lofic HDR^® 3.0, SFCPixel^®-2, and AllPix ADAF^®, delivering advantages such as ultra-high dynamic range, low noise, and low power consumption. SC570XS, a 1/1.56-inch image sensor with 1.0μm pixels, delivers outstanding ultra-high dynamic range in all lighting conditions, day or night, significantly improving main-camera video quality and detail in mid-to-high-end smartphones while also supporting handheld imaging and smart wearables.

Lofic HDR^® 3.0 Technology: Ultra-High Dynamic Range Enables Quality Imaging in All Lighting Scenarios

The 1/1.56-inch, 1.0μm-pixel SC570XS uses SmartSens’ Lofic HDR^® 3.0 to achieve a maximum dynamic range of 111dB*, enabling the capture of detailed HDR images with clear highlights and shadows even in high-contrast lighting. Based on three-frame fusion within a single exposure, Lofic HDR^® 3.0 suppresses motion artifacts for clear, smear-free video, meeting HDR shooting needs for smartphones, handheld imaging devices, and smart wearables in motion scenarios. It also optimizes LOFIC frame pixel performance and supports high-gain LOFIC output, improving nighttime HDR video and maintaining excellent image quality in low light conditions such as dusk and nighttime. SC570XS additionally supports 4K 120fps ultra-high frame rate video and 4K 60fps high-frame-rate HDR recording, enabling diverse imaging feature development and professional video creation.

Ultra-Low Power Consumption

Built on SmartSens’ advanced SmartClarity^®-XL Pro platform, SC570XS adopts a new ultra-low-power solution, achieving significant power consumption. In 4K Lofic HDR^® 3.0 HD video mode, it draws only about 415mW, helping reduce device heat generation during HD video capture, extend maximum recording time, and further increase scenario utilization of Lofic HDR^® 3.0 mode.

Excellent Noise Suppression

Featuring SmartSens’ patented SFCPixel^®-2 technology, SC570XS improves light sensitivity while delivering excellent noise suppression, with read noise as low as 0.82 e-. It enhances image quality in low-light conditions such as overcast days, dusk, and night, helping cameras capture clear, detailed, fine-texturedhigh-definition images.

Dual-Mode Fast Autofocus

SC570XS supports two phase-detection autofocus modes: 100% full-pixel (AllPix ADAF^®) and 6% partial-pixel (Sparse PDAF^®). In low-light environments, 100% full-pixel autofocus enables fast, stable focusing; in sufficient light, it switches to 6% partial-pixel autofocus, ensuring accurate focusing while effectively reducing power consumption.

High-Performance Features for Imaging Creation

With ultra-high dynamic range, ultra-high frame rate, and low power consumption, SC570XS supports lightweight everyday recording and stable, refined video output for professional creators, and enhances image quality across shooting scenarios. Its ultra-high dynamic range handles complex lighting, balancing highlights and shadows in nighttime or mixed-light indoor scenes to avoid overexposure and loss of shadow details. SC570XS boasts an ultra-high frame rate that enables clear capture of high-speed motion without smear, making it ideal for cycling and outdoor sports. Low power consumption extends continuous recording time, reducing the need for frequent recharging during long shoots.
